Ok so here goes. I'm doing a picture for my 7 year old nephew for christmas and it's the first thing I've done for serious in a LONG time. So far it's coming out good. There's a lot of kinks I need to work out but I'm pretty happy with it considering I'm not good at drawing the characters involved. He(and I) both love Avatar The Last Airbender and I've been always looking to give it a whirl drawing him so I'm pretty happy with how he's coming along. He also love the Turtles and I've always been ok with drawing them, not the greatest but the idea gets across right? I've also always liked to draw the Hulk, but he's not coming out that good in this piece. Looks a wee bit too small so I'm going to have to keep trying on him. And last is Spidey-Oh Gawd how I suck at drawing him! I can always do the poses and what-not, but when it comes to filling in the details I suck, big. Mostly in the eyes. I can NEVER get them down. First pic here is my initial sketch. I did it with a regular pen just cuz I like drawing with them more than pencils. The pic following that is my first take in pencil, with some quick inks to get a feel for how it might work. I drew in a frame around it to see how it might work out. Hopefully someone sees it and can yell at me to tell me how much it needs work.

Ok so here it is the final product. I got kind of rushed so I just ran through with the inks. Not the worlds greatest job, nor is it 100% what I wanted the picture to look like it's done, and I'm pretty happy with it. Considering I haven't done anything other than doodles for like a year and I didn't really take any warm up time, it still came out good.
